The apostrophe in Ukrainian language is compulsory. The word z[apostrophe][ya]suvav is written correctly, but the word z[ya]suvav is written absolutely incorrectly. Four Russian letters, which are absent in Ukrainian, are transcribed in such a way: hardsign --- apostrophe ery --- \cyri erev --- \cyre yo --- \cyrishrt\cyro With best regards, Anatoliy A. Malyarenko.
