Where do I get hold  'belarusianb.ldf' and 'belarusianb.sty'? It isn't inside <ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/required/babel>.

But on the web there is a «Belarusian HOWTO» that has mentioned it for many years, and also at least some linux version that sports this package inside the Babel folder inside teTeX.

Is it supposed to be in teTeX?
