This summer I put the info into practise=20 an= d helped my wife serve her diploma in the pures tex, which we=20 turned= into pdf and printed out in small internet caf=E9 in Podolsk=20 before= it was delivered to the right persons at Lomonosovs... :-) It=20 looke= d very nice, thanks to vvv's nice fonts also! I really got=20 hooked on= using "real" TeX fonts instead of PS-versions (which I am=20 sure I wi= ll need to use sooner or later also...) I used \usepackage[maccyr]{inputenc} and=20 \usepackage[T1,T2A]{fontenc= }. I tried using "double" input encoding,=20 but it turned out that the= Mac-distro of TeX that I use, was unable=20 to support both Norwegian = and Russian hyphenation ("tex capasisity=20 problems", which I'll ask a= bout in another letter). I still was able=20 to get some few norwegian/= scandinavian letters that was needed with=20 macros. I did everything i= n Nisus Writer and OzTeX. --=20 leif h silli oslo norway
