I downloaded the files and could them read without effort with the wv tools (word view). They extracted the original article, obviously scanned, and stored as PNG file on disk. If desired, I'll put the PNG files somewhere in my web space. Oliver. PS: There is no point in extracting Page1.doc and PAge2.doc as these only simulate the original text. The French accented vowels are then erroneously replaced with Cyrillic letters. The figures shown are just extractions of the main pages.
